	Mr. George W. Pierlott, Principal of Pierlott & Associates, LLC, has been in transportation consulting for over 20 years. His areas of experience include regulatory compliance reviews, performance audits, fare structure and fare collection studies, costing methods, and service planning. Mr. Pierlott is a recognized expert in transit regulations, and has served for over ten years as an instructor for the Federal Transit Administration's Triennial Review Workshops. Mr. Pierlott is an active member of the Transportation Research Board's Bus Transit Systems Committee.
	Mr. Andrew J. Lynd, Senior Associate of Pierlott & Associates, LLC, has been in transportation consulting for 15 years. Mr. Lynd is well versed in transit regulations, having conducted over 100 Triennial Reviews on behalf of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and has served as an instructor for the FTA's Triennial Review Workshops. Additional professional experience includes regulatory compliance reviews, performance audits, fare structure and fare collection studies, and human service transportation planning. Mr. Lynd also is an active member of the Transportation Research Board's Public Transportation Marketing and Fare Policy Committee.
	Prior to forming Pierlott & Associates, Mr. Pierlott was a Senior Associate at Mundle & Associates, Inc. where he had a distinguished career of more than 20 years as a member of the professional staff.
	Pierlott & Associates, LLC is pleased to have an association with Mr. Subhash Mundle as an independent consultant. Mr. Mundle is the former President of Mundle & Associates, Inc. He has over thirty-six years of experience, during which time he directed major assignments in transit management, operations, planning, and finance. He has extensive experience in managing and directing performance audits, fare studies, regulatory compliance reviews, and organizational studies. Mr. Mundle is available as an independent consultant to Pierlott & Associates, LLC, as needed.
